Swedish Massage:
What most people think of as massage - A vigorous, heart directed, system
of strokes designed to stimulate the circulation of blood and lymph to
invigorate and relax the body.
Deep Tissue:
A specialized method that reaches the deeper layers of tissue where pain
usually lies, and uses myofascial release, trigger-point therapy and other
techniques to relieve chronic tension and normalize the tissue.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy:
Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) process involves the use of gentle manual maneuvers to aid
in the recirculation of the human fluid system. The proper functioning of this system is
critical to our body’s ability to drain fluids, detoxify, regenerate tissues, filter out toxins
and foreign substances and maintain a healthy immune system.
